Sometimes when I try to click someone's name it doesnt work. Can it be fixed?

I think this may be your internet connection, as it works 100% of the time for me.

3 things I'd recommend you notice before asking for help:

1. Make sure you click their name and not the latest post icon near their name if you're viewing the forum.
2. Click the profile button and not their actual user name while viewing a thread.
3. If you get taken to page that doesn't load, try refreshing.
